You are solely responsible for:

To make a withdrawal, your account must have completed full identity verification (KYC). The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30, processed within 1 to 24 business hours. All withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

88fabet offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. The following general terms apply to all bonus types at 88fabet:

• Welcome bonuses are only available to new members who have never held an active account with 88fabet;
• Each bonus has a wagering requirement (rollover) which must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn;
• The rollover requirement is calculated as: Bonus Amount × Rollover Multiplier. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 10x rollover means you must place a total of RM 1,000 in bets before a withdrawal is permitted;
• Bets with odds below 1.50 are generally excluded or counted at half value towards the rollover requirements of certain bonuses;
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus not used within the stipulated period will be automatically forfeited;

An 88fabet account showing no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity for the following periods will be classified as "Inactive":

To reactivate an inactive account, users must contact 88fabet customer support with valid proof of identity. Any remaining balance after the deduction of maintenance fees will be refunded to the user's original payment method, subject to review.

88fabet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions;
• Fraud, identity impersonation, or the provision of false information;
• Suspected money laundering or financial criminal activity;
• Holding multiple accounts or misusing bonuses;
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or disrupt 88fabet's systems;
• Abusive or threatening behaviour towards 88fabet staff;
• Requests from relevant legal authorities.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting 88fabet customer support. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any valid remaining balance will be refunded once all pending bets are settled and withdrawal conditions are met.
